Ireland’s most high profile business networking event was brought to the RDS by With Taste in 2014. Since then, the gala dinner has taken place in the concert hall of the RDS with fine dining catering for 700 business guests. This glamorous occasion was frequented by an Taoiseach Enda Kenny and CEOs of many of Ireland’s top companies. The format of the evening begins with a Champagne reception, followed by a five-course dining menu consisting of an array of classical dishes prepared by our culinary team, lead by Garrett Duff. The intricacy of the speeches from high profile leaders meant that service had to be timed to a very strict schedule.
